HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

For all online orders, you will be emailed at the time of shipment with shipping and tracking information.

RETURN POLICIES

FIP Handbags wants you to be happy. If you don't love your new purchase, you may return your item(s). FIP will issue you a full refund or a store credit. Merchandise must be returned with labels attached, unworn, unused, and not soiled or damaged.

Please go to the Contact Us page with your order number, along with a brief reason for your exchange for a return authorization number. We will provide return address instructions or answer questions for any other exchange inquiries—only orders with return authorization numbers will be accepted.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and insurable method as FIP is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email and at that time we will be unable to cancel your order and the Return Policy will apply.

Though we always make our best effort to ensure all items available online are in stock, FIP may cancel orders in the event of the unavailability of an item.

DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE

If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, you must notify us by going to the contact us page. Within three days of receipt the product to be eligible for a return. Any returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.

REPAIRS

REPAIR All FILIPPA I. PIUGGI handbags are handmade in the United States. I proudly offer a guarantee that every handbag meets our high standards of quality. This guarantee is a six-month repair policy for the structural function of our bags under normal wear and tear. Cosmetic issues are not covered under our repair policy.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CARD 

Most items, the customer, has the option of including a gift message printed on an FILIPPA PIUGGI NEW YORK card with envelope. You may also choose to receive a blank gift message card, should you wish to hand-write your note.

GIFT WRAPPING $5.00 

Most items are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a sticker, and packaged in a variety of multi-colored gift box (depending on the size of the item). The box is tied with a signature FILIPPA PIUGGI ribbon.
